Important change to visitor policy for Memorial Driftwood Nursing Center, Memorial Stone County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and Memorial Woodland Village Nursing Center
Effective March 12, 2020

The health and safety of our patients and visitors is a top priority at Memorial Hospital. We understand how important the support of loved ones and friends is to residents during their stay. At the same time, the new coronavirus requires us to temporarily adjust our visiting policy in order to keep our residents and staff safe from infection.  We are temporarily imposing a no visitor policy at this time.  Memorial is working diligently on our preparations for managing the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19). Our goal is to ensure a safe environment for all colleagues, physicians, and other clinical support staff, which in turn provides a safe environment for our residents.

We understand that connecting with your loved ones is very important.  We are implementing a variety of alternative means of communication during this time.  These may include telephone, email, text, video chat or social media.  If you believe a visit to the center is absolutely necessary, please contact the Facility Administrator prior to your arrival.

We ask that you provide your most current, emergency contact information.  We want to ensure efficient communication should there be any new developments.

We will notify you if any residents or staff are diagnosed with COVID-19.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our center directly.  We are providing a 24/7 Memorial hotline to call for daily updates at 228-575-1990.
