Memorial Visitor Policy

Effective December 30, 2021

Please find updated visitation, access and masking policies below. As with everything in our current environment, these guidelines are subject to change as we make every effort to minimize the spread of infection and protect our patients, staff and community.

In order to maintain the safest environment possible for our patients and staff, upon entry to all Memorial locations, masks are once again required for visitors and patient and will be provided as needed. Memorial staff must also properly wear masks covering the nose and mouth. Visitors are asked to maintain social distancing in waiting rooms and public spaces and no one should be visiting who is COVID+.  Visitors exhibiting respiratory signs or symptoms may be asked to return home and visit again once their symptoms have subsided or they have tested negative.
