Memorial Hospital expands to Stone County with Medical Specialties, Nursing Center, and Hospital

Gulfport, Miss.—Memorial Hospital at Gulfport is pleased to announce, effective Sept. 26, Stone County Family Medical Clinic will join Memorial as Memorial Stone County Medical Center, located at 1440 E. Central Ave., Wiggins. Dr. Robert “Keith” Partrige, Family Medicine, is joining Memorial medical staff along with Howard “Bud” Westbrook, MD, and Rebecca Harris, NP. All three practitioners will see patients at the Medical Center location in Wiggins. The Medical Center offers primary care along with a variety of specialists unique to Memorial.

Also effective Sept. 26, Memorial will add the nursing center located at 1436 E. Central Ave., Wiggins, as Memorial Stone County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Memorial will also add Woodland Village Nursing Center, located in Diamondhead, effective Sept. 22. Both locations offer a variety of amenities and services ranging from independent living to skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, community outings, daily activities and a Continuous Care Retirement Community with a certified Alzheimer’s and Dementia unit.

Stone County Hospital will officially become part of Memorial and operate as Memorial Hospital at Stone County effective Nov.1. The hospital, located at 1434 E. Central Ave., Wiggins, offers a range of services including emergency services, diagnostic imaging, and other specialties.
