    GULFPORT, Miss.—  In August, the Harrison County Board of Supervisors appointed Dr. Thad Carter to serve as a member of the Memorial Board of Trustees.     Gulfport, Miss.   Memorial Hospital Foundation raised $45,000 with the Third Annual Guardian Angel Gala on Friday, March 24, at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. A portion of the proceeds from the Gala will go toward a Digital Transcutaneous Carbon Dioxide monitor for Memorial Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
