Employee Advisory Committee (EAC)
Memorial’s Employee Advisory Committee is focused on facilitating two-way communication between employees and administration. The Committee advises administrators on issues of employee concern and interest. The Committee also assists in obtaining staff input on policy and other issues. Representation on the committee comprises members from diverse areas throughout the hospital.

Memorial Hospital was established in 1946 with 139 beds. Since then we have grown to a facility with more than 400 beds, satellite outpatient diagnostic centers, more than 48 Memorial Physician Clinics, and more than 3,200 employees - and we are continuing to grow.
