Employee Advisory Committee (EAC)
Memorial’s Employee Advisory Committee is focused on facilitating two-way communication between employees and administration. The Committee advises administrators on issues of employee concern and interest. The Committee also assists in obtaining staff input on policy and other issues. Representation on the committee comprises members from diverse areas throughout the hospital.

Our History
Memorial Hospital was established in 1946 with 139 beds. Since then we have grown to a facility with more than 400 beds and 2,100 employees-- and we are continuing to grow. Memorial Hospital is not just a hospital, but an integral part of health care for the entire Gulf Coast. For 60 years Memorial Hospital has served South Mississippi with a growing network of comprehensive health care, health education, health risk assessments and wellness services which are more accessible now than ever before.
