Immunization Criteria
To be eligible, a child should meet any one of the following:
- has no health insurance
- is on Medicaid, CHIP or qualified through a State Medicaid Waiver
- has health insurance not covering immunizations
- is an American Indian or Alaskan Native

Seasonal Flu Vaccine Update
The Immunization Van now offers seasonal flu and the H1N1 vaccine for all children ages 6 months to 17 years and for adults 18 and older. Please call the information line at 228-867-4246 for van locations and updates.

We offer general health education as well as free childhood immunizations and adult screenings at various offsite locations throughout the community. Parents must furnish child's shot record, social security number and Medicaid card, if the child is covered by Medicaid. All vaccines are administered by a registered nurse.

- Cholesterol
- Blood Pressure
- Glucose (for those adults who have fasted)
- Influenza (seasonal)
- Adult screenings are also offered for Foot Sensation and Stroke. Call for dates,(228) 867-4246.

- Meningococcal
- Hepatitis A
