A response service that can be used for any type of emergency. The subscriber is given a button to wear and when pressed, a signal is sent to a receiving unit that is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The operator receiving the call will contact the subscriber's "responders"–family, friends, neighbors, etc. If no responder is available the call goes to an ambulance service or the police.
